WUNDERKAMMER PRESS provided a space for experimentation in art and design publishing, along with academically rigorous peer-reviewed editions. It published thought-provoking work that promoted and cultivated 21st century innovation and experimentation in creative practice. Our titles were peer reviewed in order to maintain the highest levels of scholarly research. Experts in the field evaluated the text for accuracy, quality and academic contribution.
The press is now inactive. This website exists to showcase the publications but will not accept new book proposals.
The goals of the press were threefold:
- to foster academic excellence through peer review and international distinction in art and design publishing;
- to support and champion the creative endeavour of contemporary art/design practitioners;
- to generate innovative and provocative scholarly texts in publishing and new media.
